The heat treated ruby before and after mainly differs in color and clarity making it look more transparent and free of inclusions. The heated ruby value is less than the unheated one because it becomes abundant in the market. There is a 25-30% fall in the heated ruby price ranging between INR 5000-50000 per carat, and are mostly used in jewelry for their beauty and durability.
