Navratan offers you all information and services provided you accept the terms and conditions mentioned here. We are hosted on Shopaccino, who provides the eCommerce platform for us to sell our services and products.

3. Eligibility

You agree that Navratan reserves the right to discretion and can refuse and restrict our services to anyone. We will investigate and take legal action against the individuals responsible. A penalty of 50% of the profit made if any shall be entitled and recovered by Navratan.

5. Sole Membership

Your membership at Navratan is created only for personal use. It cannot be assigned, transferred, or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity. Self authorization of others, person, or entity to use your membership will not be acceptable by us.

6. Termination

Our agreement will be held true and in effect, while you use the website and or are a member for the life of this website until either terminated by you or us. In the case you wish to terminate your contract/subscription, you must inform Navratan at navratangem99@gmail.com or send us a mail at:

Once terminated, you will not be entitled to receive a refund, any unused membership fees, reports, and digital content purchased with Navratan. If under our sole judgment we believe there has been a breach and we wish to terminate your contract, Navratan will issue you an email. If there are any unpaid dues, you will remain liable until the dues have been settled, or else legal action could be taken. Navratan reserves the right and can terminate your contract without any notice.

7. Third Party/ Affiliates

Certain services and products are outsourced by Navratan to individuals or organizations with or without disclosure to you. You remain bound by the Navratan membership and agreement, however, we are not liable for the inaccuracy of their websites, material, or promotions of these third-party sites. You acknowledge that Navratan cannot be held responsible and liable for any harm or damages incurred in connection to these third party sites. Navratan can at sole discretion add or remove promotions that have been made available through these third-party links. Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any service advertisement. You agree that the usage of these third-party sites will be governed by their terms of service and you cannot hold Navratan responsible. Our Website does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers and will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred by advertisers.

8. Proprietary Rights

• IP and Logos
  All Intellectual Property rights, Logos, and Domain names belong solely to Navratan and can be used only by our licensors. The website contains copyrighted material and trademarks and you have no right to use any of these without prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, redistribute products without prior written consent even if you are one of our registered affiliates. Any violation will enable us to retract your agreement and terminate your contract with Navratan, without any refunds.

  On occasion, there may be inaccuracies in the form of content, from typographical errors, mistakes, and omissions in product descriptions, inaccuracies relating to promotions, availability, shipping times, shipping charges. In such situations, Navrantan will not be held liable or responsible for any loss and is under no obligation to update this information, other than the pricing of a product as required by law. Any information and advice provided by Navratan should not be wholly depended upon. Our team suggests you to seek out further advice from certified professionals as we will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the information and advice posted on our website or as communicated through one of our team members.

9. Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

You agree that you will not post any defamatory, abusive, illegal, sexually offensive, threatening, obscene, questionable, racially abusive material that infringes and violates our Terms of Service.
• You accept sole responsibility for the content and agree that our team may at any point with our own discretion monitor, delete, remove content or terminate your contract that poses to be threatening, unlawful, sexually discriminatory, offensive, pronographic, obscene, and defamatory that violates our Terms of Service, our Intellectual property and threatens our consumers.
• You will not provide inaccurate information, in terms of names, email addresses, etc, to us or our third-party affiliates. You remain solely responsible for comments and their accuracy. Navratan reserves the right to verify this personal information.
• You further agree that any public posting of content to Navratan or our third-party affiliates will not contain any libelous, unlawful, spyware, malware, viruses, unlawful buying, or the making of arms and weapons and will not violate these rights. You agree to legal action as a consequence of this.
• You accept to refrain from interfering with our servers and our networks that are connected to the server.
• By posting content to any public area of Navratan, you automatically grant us and our affiliates, licensees and successors, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, recreate, alter and modify the content and to prepare and incorporate into other work.
• You agree that through your communication with Navratan, that you will not send any Junk Mail, Spam Mail, Chain Mails, etc.
• You agree to refrain from using spiders, robots, or manually conducting data mining activities to recreate or reproduce data in any way.
• You remain solely responsible for promoting illegal content, unauthorized content, copyrighted content with us, or our third-party affiliates.
• You agree to being solely responsible for public content and that it does not exploit minors or individuals under the legal age requirement (18 years).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities

Your use of the Navratan website and our services is wholly and solely at your own risk. We limit our liability through the Terms of Service and we at Navratan do not provide warranties and guarantees for our service. Through this contract, we also limit your remedies.

• We do not guarantee that your usage of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
• That all information downloaded or received and obtained from our website and our services may not be accurate and reliable and will be received at your own risk. You will be solely responsible if any damage has been done to your computer or system causing loss of data.
• That Navratan and our licensors, affiliates, officers, employees, and partners disclaim any kind of warranty, whether expressed or implied, and will not be held accountable. Except for warranties of merchantability and infringement.
• You agree that Navratan can and might remove services for long periods of time at our sole discretion without and prior notice.
• Under no case shall Navratan together with our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This will remain without limitation to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract or tort (including negligence).
• There is a strict liability on your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
• In some states or jurisdictions where they do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Changes and Modifications to Service

Navratan reserves the right to change, modify, alter, discontinue (both temporarily or permanently) a service with or without notice. You accept and agree that Navtratan will not be held responsible for the modification or discontinuation or a certain service.

12. Disputes and Applicable Law

Any disputes regarding service, site, or service agreements shall be governed by the law and the courts only at : Jaipur Only

13. Indemnification

You accept and agree to indemnify and hold Navratan and our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, partners, and employees harmless from any demand, reasonable attorneys fees, liability, loss, claims that arise from the use of the service in violation to the Terms of Service, and arising from the breach of this agreement.

14. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

You agree that there shall be no third party, affiliate, beneficiaries to this Agreement, other than expressed and provided in this Agreement.

15. Severability

In the event any of these Terms and Services are determined to be unlawful or void or unenforceable by law and is deemed severed from our Terms of Service, it should not affect the remaining provisions of the agreement and will still continue to valid, binding, and fully enforceable.

16. Other

• This Terms of Service and any other policies or operating rules posted on the website details the entire agreement between Navratan and you, and the usage of the website, and/or its services. If for any instance a provision is held invalid, the agreement will come into full effect and force
• You are under obligation to report any wrong, unlawful, misused practices by writing to our customer care team.
• Navratan, after due diligence, has the right to terminate or discontinue your subscription and membership with no reimbursements for membership.
• A printed version of this Terms of Service shall be admissible in a judicial administrative proceedings.
